We hope you find your accommodations in exceptional condition upon your arrival. Should you need anything once you arrive at your cabin, please notify the office immediately. Oak Haven’s Linen Exchange Service is not available on Sundays or Holidays. Fresh towels, etc. are available at the front desk. Soiled towels, etc. must be brought to the front desk for exchange.
OAK HAVEN RESORT & SPACANCELLATION POLICY
1, 2, and 3 bedroom cabins must cancel 30 days prior to your arrival date for a 100% refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival date are non refundable. 4, 5, 6, and 7 bedroom cabins must cancel 60 days prior to your arrival date for a 100% refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival date are non-refundable.
