Thank you for considering Oak Haven Resort log cabin rentals as your vacation “home”. On this page you will find information concerning:

Check-in/Check-out times

Check-in time is at 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time

Early Check-ins are permitted if the cabin is clean and ready before 4 PM, but we reserve the right to hold the cabin until 4 PM for any reason we deem necessary.  If you would like to request an early check-in we will do our best to provide one for you, just give us a call ahead of time and we will make a note of it on your reservation.  This will not guarantee an early check in, but it will allow us to try to plan for your arrival.  If you leave us a phone number where we can reach you the day of your arrival then we will contact you if we can get your cabin clean prior to check-in time.

Late Check-ins are no problem at all.  After 10:00 PM, when the office closes, all of the material for the remaining check-ins that have yet to arrive is transferred to our overnight guest services person.  The number to reach this person is posted on the front door of our office.  Once they are reached they will promptly assist you with check-in.

Check-out time is at 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time

Early Check-outs are no problem at all.  If you check out prior to when we open at 8:00 AM then just drop your keys in the Key drop box located on the front porch of our office

Late Check-outs can be requested but are completely at our discretion.  If you must have a late check-out please contact the front desk and they will do their best to assist you.  We need the time between Check-out and Check-in times to prepare the cabins for the next guest, so please be courteous and check out on time.

Above rate range is for # of included adults only. For additional adults please add $20 per adult per night.

Reservations are subject to nightly minimum requirements. Occasionally we offer additional discounts beyond our published rates depending on availability. Please call our friendly reservations staff toll free at 800-652-2611, as we are sometimes able to accommodate shorter stays within our occupancy requirements. Inquire about our golf packages and gift cards.

Oak Haven Resort Management, Inc. may use any funds received from guests immediately upon receipt of such funds. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy
1, 2, and 3 bedroom cabins must cancel 30 days prior to your arrival date for a 100% refund of the deposit.  Cancellations within 30 days of arrival date are non refundable.

4, 5, 6, and 7 bedroom cabins must cancel 60 days prior to your arrival date for a 100% refund of the deposit.  Cancellations within 60 days of arrival date are non refundable.

Housekeeping Information
We hope you find your accommodations in exceptional condition upon your arrival. Should you need anyting once you arrive at your cabin, please notify the office immediately. The stay-over service is not available on Sundays or Holidays. Extra towels are available at the office when stay-over service is unavailable. Stayover service begins at 10 am.

Daily Service Limited To:

* Remove soiled towels, replace with clean towels, remove trash
* Bed linen changed on fourth day of stay for stays of 7 nights or longer

No Service:

* Complete Privacy - Exchange towels and pick up trash bags at office, leave trash by curb in front of cabin

If you need to change your selection of stay-over service, please notify office and the change will go into effect the next day. The following is a list of supplies provided during your stay:

* Dishwasher Detergent
* Paper Towels
* Dish Washing Liquid
* Soap
* Toilet Paper
* Tissue
* Linens for the Sofa Sleeper are in Master Bedroom Closet
* Garbage Bags

Before checking into your cabin we leave the following amount of towels according to the size of your cabins:

* 1 bedroom 6 towels
* 2 bedroom 10 towels
* 3 bedroom 14 towels
* 4 bedroom 16 towels

* 5 bedroom 18 towels

* 6 bedroom 24 towels

* 7 bedroom 30 towels

Pet Policy (Sorry, No Pets Allowed)
We love pets, however, we must insist you observe our no pet policy.

Violation of the no pet policy requires professional cleaning of the cabin which will be charged to the guest.

There is an outstanding kennel in Pigeon Forge, Loving Care Kennels 865-453-2028. They do the best job in town at accommodating your pet while you enjoy our luxurious cabins. If you need further information, call us at 800-652-2611.

Smoking Policy
No smoking inside cabins.  Designated smoking areas are on the porch of every cabin.

Violation of the no smoking policy requires professional cleaning of the cabin which will be charged to the guest.

Damages
Guests will be charged to clean any stains or spills or to repair or replace items that are found damaged or missing.

Privacy Statement
This site offers an opt-in e-mail newsletter. Users must specifically request to have their e-mail address added to our mailing list. Users e-mail addresses will not be shared with third parties under any circumstance. We will not use your e-mail address to send you any other information other than the newsletters mentioned. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings by sending an email and asking to be removed from the e-mail newsletter list.

Our site uses a form for customers to request reservation information and for general questions and comments. We collect visitor's contact information (like their e-mail address). Contact information from the reservation request form is used to help in booking an appropriate cabin for our customers and then discarded. Contact information from our contact form is used only to reply to comments and questions from customers. We will not use your e-mail address or other contact information obtained from any form for any other purpose.
