River Islands Golf Course

Internationally renowned golf course architect Arthur Hills designed this spectacular course, which features numerous holes crossing or playing along the French Broad River with water on 9 holes and beautiful Zoysia fairways. At 7,001 yards, the course is a worthy adversary to scratch golfers from the “tips,” but plays a manageable 6,300 yards from the regular tees.

Pick up your River Islands golf card from the Oak Haven office and receive $8.00 off River Islands Rack Rate during Peak Season, and $4.00 off during non-peak Season. Oak Haven Guests need to call River Islands Golf Club to book your tee time and pay River Islands directly for golf.
From Oak Haven Resort: (About 15 minutes)
Turn left onto Route 66 towards I-40. Continue North until you approach Interstate 40. Just before the Interstate, you will find Dumplin Valley Road on your left side. Turn left onto Dumplin Valley Road (you will pass a Comfort Inn) and follow the blue and white signs to course (4 miles).
